This is right on target for those of us in the User Services II class…maybe not so much the part about financial performance, but we can translate this to an increased number of patrons and increased use of libraries.

  1. This particular ad on Customer Service applies to every aspect of business and rightly so it does apply to Librarians. Good service will attract more patrons to the Library and help spread the word of promoting excellence in service to the patrons.
